Rugs Direct offers a 30-Day In-Home Trial on every rug we sell, except for samples, customized rugs, clearance items, products sold through our Showroom and rug pads that have been opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it – no questions asked.
Please note: processing & handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.
After we determine what you want to return we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and an email with complete instructions on where to ship your merchandise. You will receive a separate shipping label for every item you are returning, so please carefully match each label to the appropriate package. Note this is NOT a pre-paid shipping label. You are responsible for selecting a trackable carrier plus paying the insurance and return shipping charges.
Notes on returns
Showroom, personalized, custom-made, clearance, and sample items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. In that case, we will gladly provide you a replacement if an identical product is currently available, or we will refund your purchase price. Rug pads that have been opened may not be returned for credit.
